This is not a photo of snow. It’s a photo of the sea. The Pacific here is cold but not as cold as snow.

The sea rolls incessantly up against the land. The sea gnaws at the land. The sea caresses the land until it dissolves into her watery embrace. The sea is a she. Don’t argue about it.

The sea is made of water. That’s all I know at this point. I’ll report back when I have more information.

The sea is nice and hazy today. For some reason this has attracted a bazillion surfers. Also elderly folks.
